Shipping Information for Online Retail Shopping Customers
Cookie Lee ships jewelry to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. The following information pertains to shipping of jewelry orders for our online retail shopping customers.

We pride ourselves on expedient shipping. If you place your order by 12:00 p.m. (CT), we will ship your purchases within one business day*. Therefore, when planning, please add one business day to the FedEx shipping estimate for your state in order to get the most accurate arrival date.

*Important: during times of new product launches, our in-house processing time may increase by 2-3 business days from the date your order was placed. (We apologize, however; selecting overnight or expedited shipping will not decrease in-house processing times.) Shipments may be sent in multiple boxes to protect your jewelry items.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES: FEDEX HOME DELIVERY
Cookie Lee uses FedEx Home Delivery for most jewelry orders. Delivery days are Tuesday–Saturday. (Expedited “2-day” and “Next Day” deliveries are Monday–Friday.) The map below will tell you how many business days (not counting Sunday and Monday) it will take for you to receive your order once it has shipped. (Note: we do not ship to Puerto Rico.)

Return Policies for Online Retail Shopping Customers
Cookie Lee will accept returns and exchanges from its online retail customers who made a purchase at www.cookielee.com. To return an item purchased directly from a Cookie Lee Independent Jewelry Consultant, please contact your Consultant. To locate a Consultant please use our Consultant Locator.

REFUNDS
New, unused items purchased online at www.cookielee.com can be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs), as long as the return is made within 30 days from date of purchase. Refunds include the cost of the item, plus applicable taxes paid. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Returns must be sent with shipping paid by the customer and include a copy of the original invoice.
• Refunds will be provided based on the invoice price paid.
• Item must be in original, unused condition, with price/SKU tags still intact.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

• Damaged items must be returned to Cookie Lee within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund or replacement.
• Returns must include a copy of the original invoice along with any original tags or packaging.
• Replacements and/or refunds will be processed upon our receipt of damaged piece.
• Replaced items ship free to customers at Cookie Lee’s expense.

WARRANTY/REPAIRS
Cookie Lee will replace or repair items for up to 90 days from the date of the original invoice. Items received broken or damaged should be reported immediately to Cookie Lee’s Customer Care department. Normal wear or accidental breakage by the customer is not covered by the return policy. Any items tarnished or discolored from chemicals (i.e. hairspray; perfume) are not covered by the return policy. Customers must ship repairs and returns to Cookie Lee Inc., and in return, the Company will ship repaired/replacement items back to the customer at our cost.
